We also do extensive research to provide an extensive expertise in meeting compliance with the FDA Philippines and to provide ease in application with any compliance requirements you might require for product safety assessment (US FDA Philippines, Europe, ISO, etc.).

Reach out to us here. We will get in touch with a product brief form for each product you’re wanting to create.
The product brief covers everything from product type and size, target market, key ingredients, scent profile, desired attributes (vegan, plastic free, organic, natural etc), packaging format and production quantity.
After you supply a product brief, we review your product brief/s and determine the scope of your project/product range.
We now proceed with the creation of a product concept, ingredient list, sourcing ingredients etc.
Samples will then be made in our on-site lab for you to try and feel and fall in love with. We then begin product testing where required.
Our testing abilities include accelerated stability shelf life, preservative efficacy (PET) and packaging compatibility testing, to name a few.
When you are happy with the samples, we can then proceed to sourcing your packaging from our vast network of innovative and sustainable packaging suppliers.
We assist in supplying packaging and artwork dimensions, as well as dye lines for your graphic designer to use.
You are also welcome to supply your own finished packaging. If this is the case, we will happily provide you with an ingredient list and can assist with other indicative and mandatory technical information required on your packaging.
Step 5:
Production and Quality Control
Once your final formulation and packaging design have been approved and sent to our facility, we start production of your products.
As part of this process, our in-house quality management team and microbiologist test retention samples to ensure all products meet our stringent GMP quality control specifications and procedures. This is completed prior to release of your finished products.
Step 6:
Final Testing and Shipment
Lastly, once production and our internal quality assurance checks have been completed, your products will be ready to ship to your selected warehouse or distribution centre.
